Darlena Hooten

 

This Month’s Master Crafter is Darlena Hooten. Darlena was born in Clinton, AR, but she resides in Bee Branch, AR with her husband of over thirty-six years, Jimmy. They have three daughters: April, 36, Brandy, 33, and Tiffany, 29, eight grandchildren: Wade, 16, Logan, 14, Sara, 14, Lexi, 11, Kylie, 9, Hannah, 9, Garrett, 2, and Briar, 1, and two dogs: Mollie and Trixie. Her hobbies include hunting, fishing, and camping. Some of her favorite things are: American Idol, Mexican food, and the color orange. Darlena has been working with gloves for six years; her current job at Glove Crafters is sewing in the elastic and thumb patch. The Fire Hog is her favorite glove to work on at Glove Crafters.
